How do I cancel my order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, get in touch with us through any of the contact options. For cancellations before the order has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped/delivered, then there is NO Return/Refund. We make sure that the product is handed over in good condition. To ensure this, we take an image of the product during delivery.

How do I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received in, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
